"Leeza Cook is a talented, energetic and charismatic performer who can match the mood of any occasion or read a crowd instantly either with a buoyant, jaunty tune or slow things down to a serious and sombre mood with her skilful playing and amazing vocals. She is always welcomed at Hitcham Village Hall, and is much appreciated by every audience in any type of event with her warm, friendly personality. She's always a hit either playing on her own or with "Whistler’s Mother" or in a larger group. Having seen her many times at large outdoor events she is dynamic when warming up a huge group of people and keeping the atmosphere upbeat throughout her performance. She is a true professional!"
"I first heard Leeza about 2 years ago, she was busking at the Wild Wood festival. It was very obvious she was an exceptional violinist and entertainer. I have also heard her entertaining groups in a background atmosphere setting. A talented musician and very good entertainer. "
"Leeza caught my attention playing her violin with great feeling. I really enjoyed listening and watching her and I hope to see her again in the future."
"We had Whistler's Mother play at Kevin's birthday party here in the garden and they were great. Banging out Rock, Pop and Irish classics that got the whole place going. We would recommend them to anyone."
"We have had Whistler's Mother play a number of times at the Kings Head in Bildeston. They are brilliant! They always get everyone singing and dancing and have been known to get up on the tables and perform unplugged, creating real excitement with the audience."
"These guys came to play for us the other week, and my GOODNESS what a BRILLIANT show. Every single person was joining in and enjoying it. Absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would recommend."
